It is an estimate built from your numbers and our published results — not a forecast. Treat it as a way to size the opportunity before you spend time on a trial, not as a figure to put in a budget.

Your result could be higher: More of your visitors start a chat than the low rate assumed here. Your tickets are simple enough to close without a person. You sell considered purchases, where one unanswered question stalls checkout. Or your peak months run heavier than the average you entered. Your result could be lower: Your store already converts well above its category. Your tickets need human judgement — damage, disputes, one-off exceptions. Much of your traffic arrives with no intent to buy. Or you already run a chat tool, so some of this value is on your books.

By your monthly visitor count, exactly as the pricing page does it. Plans are priced on traffic, so this calculator reads the same bands rather than keeping a second list that could drift out of step.

Because the results we publish are ranges. The low end of this calculator assumes the bottom of every range at once, and the high end assumes they all go your way. Your store will land somewhere between the two, and we would rather show you both ends than pick one and call it a prediction.

It is the share of repetitive support tickets we publish for the AI Store Agent — questions it answers before they ever reach a person.
